Assisted in overseeing concrete encased duct banks for electrical/telemetry/security, water and onsite septic. Intimately involved with concrete rebar drawings for foundation footing and wall/slab placement. Oversaw the construction of a 200’ water tank foundation, steel tank coatings/paints. Project included sandblasting and coating a new tank with a two-part epoxy coating on the interior and exterior of the tank. The project included all underground DI piping and several valves. In addition, the interior of the tank was utilized as a change order for building a communication building. The communication room houses all the town SCADA and emergency telecommunications. It also houses the local FBI telecommunications as well as an antenna tower that was added to the top of the tank.
