Freezer Road and Route 6A Pump Station Upgrades – Barnstable, MA

Our Resident Project Representative provided observational services for installing 12” SDR 35 sewer main sewer pump station upgrades. A temporary bypass was installed with all above ground connections to pump station and maintain full service during construction. The project included upgrading/modifying the wet well, dry well and control room. Work also included relocating transformers, replacing VFD’s, MCC’s, pumps, and different piping- (D.I) (ALUMINUM CONDUIT) (COATED PVC) (GALVANIZED PIPE). Coordination of police details, independent pressure testing on all new piping, testing all generators, VFD’s and MCC’s on backup power in case of a power failure situation. Upon completion a thorough walkthrough is conducted to assure customer satisfaction.
