The installation, disinfection, and testing of approximately 19,000 linear feet of 4-inch polyvinyl chloride water main and the removal and/or abandonment of existing water mains, including new water service connections and curb stops, installation of gate valves and fittings, new hydrants, pipe restraint, and appurtenances.
