Engineered Consultants Inc. can provide commissioning and commissioning binders for pump stations and treatment plants. Commissioning binders includes a flow chart of activities as a prerequisite before start of a major piece of equipment, will include the most recent approved submittal testing docs, training docs, spare parts, and a copy of the spec section (execution and testing section), etc. Our commissioning agent (CA) will review all binders and equipment to ensure that the startup meets the design intent. They will also confirm all alarms, SCADA and PLC indications for contract compliance. CA also confirms all equipment control-loop diagrams are functioning as per the design intent.
